Julian Capewell-Hughes – on the road on a daily basis |
A Shropshire dealership with branches in Shrewsbury and Ludlow is investing in the future.
Shukers Land Rover is one of only two Land Rover dealerships in the region which has a dedicated Trade Club driver-salesman on the road.
Shukers has signed up to the Land Rover Trade Club and since its launch has itself signed up 200 independent motor trades – representing body shops and parts and repair centres - as members across the whole of Shropshire and Mid Wales.
The Trade Club has started with 200 lines – all genuine Land Rover parts - which will be extended over forthcoming months.
Driver-salesman Julian Capewell-Hughes, assistant parts manager for Shukers Land Rover in Shrewsbury and Ludlow, is on the road on a daily basis.
“Julian is doing a good job out there, making personal contact with customers both old and new,” said Neil Faulkner, group parts manager.
“The Trade Club concept, and the popular fast-moving lines on offer, is being very favourably received. The trade welcomes the quality of the genuine parts we supply because these are guaranteed and are more competitively priced.
“We are committed to a substantial investment in the Land Rover Trade Club and proud to be one of the original 45 of the region’s 135 dealers who have already signed up to it.”
Neil added that the lines on offer are mainly aimed at five to nine year old Land Rover vehicles and are delivered to Trade Club members free of charge – many the same day of order.
