IntroductionLand Rover Assistance is a comprehensive cover programme designed specifically to give peace of mind to owners. Providing assistance for any motoring emergency from immobilisation due to accident, all the way to minor breakdowns such as punctures.
Assistance is available during your warranty period (usually 3 years from new purchase). Land Rover Accident Services are available for the lifetime of the vehicle, please contact Shukers for more information.
During your warranty period, Land Rover Assistance should be your first point of contact for breakdowns, accidents, fire or theft. Do not contact Shukers directly.

Please have the following information to hand when calling Land Rover Assistance:
All calls are recorded to assist in confirming details that may be incomplete or unclear. Additionally, recordings may be used for training purposes.
If your vehicle is immobilised, whether at home or anywhere else in the UK, Land Rover Assistance will, when practical, arrange assistance by a Land Rover trained technician. If the problem cannot be resolved at the roadside, or it's more appropriate to send a recovery operator, your vehicle will be transported to the nearest Land Rover Authorised Repairer.
If, following assistance, your vehicle cannot be repaired within 4 hours, where possible a replacement vehicle will be provided for the duration of your vehicle's repair. A valid driving licence and credit card deposit will be required to cover additional days, but you will not be charged for the service otherwise.
Hire vehicles cannot be guaranteed with accessories such as roof racks, tow bars etc.
If your vehicle has to be stored following recovery by Land Rover Assist, the cost of storage will be covered up to a maximum £50 inc. VAT.
Following assistance, should your repair not be completed within 4 hours and the vehicle remains immobile, it is possible that arrangements can be made to organise and cover costs for you and your passengers to continue your journey or return home by appropriate means. Alternatively, if the breakdown is more than 50 miles from your home, overnight accommodation may be a more practical option. The costs for you and any passengers will be covered up to a maximum of £100 including VAT (£150 in Greater London) per-person. The maximum cover under this benefit is £500 inc. VAT.
If your vehicle has been recovered to an authorised Land Rover Repairer which is located more than 50 miles from your home address, arrangements will be made to return the vehicle to your UK home address following repair.
