Within three months of taking up a new appointment with Shukers Land Rover, sales executive Matthew Smout has achieved an ‘Excellence’ testimonial from the manufacturer.

Matthew, 44, who joined Shukers Land Rover Ludlow in May, has passed his levels 1 and 2 in the Land Rover Excellence Programme which ensures sales staff are trained and are qualified to the highest standard for customer satisfaction.

Said Mark Clarke, Shukers Land Rover sales manager at Ludlow: “Matthew has performed exceptionally well and we are delighted with his latest success.

“Since joining us he has demonstrated his commitment to the Land Rover Excellence Programme and as a result Shukers have responded by ensuring that all their sales staff are well trained and are knowledgable in the Land Rover product.

“At the same time Shukers have proven their commitment to ensuring every member of their sales team is well trained.”

Said Matthew: “I am delighted to have joined Nick Apperley and Joe Barney as the third Shukers Ludlow sales executive with this important Land Rover qualification.”
