The new 2010 Range Rover is the ultimate luxury car for a top chairman or high- powered chief executive with a budget in excess of £64,695 for a new company vehicle.
The most advanced, most powerful and most complete four wheel drive vehicle in its class is certain to appeal to the corporate business market.
For not only is the 2010 model Range Rover opulent and sheer luxury, it is a step above its rivals with its new technology which bring lower carbon emissions and improved fuel economy – yet even greater power.
Shukers Land Rover launched the 2010 model line-up of Range Rover, Range Rover Sport and Discovery 4 at their Shrewsbury-based dealership at Battlefield Road on Saturday September 5.
The corporate business market is invited to experience at first hand all three new models and Shukers Land Rover are currently taking orders for delivery before the end of the year.
CO2 emissions of every new Range Rover sold in the UK are offset for the first 45,000 miles/75,000 km of use through Land Rover’s world class provider ClimateCare.
Increased engine power and torque, lower emissions, improved fuel economy, overall efficiencies and reduced engine noise are based on comparisons with the outgoing engines.
All V8 engines line up in three distinct forms: the new LR-V8 supercharged and the acclaimed LR-TDV8 diesel which are more powerful and newly refined.
The new LR-TDV6 3.0 advanced sequential turbo diesel engine delivers increased performance, torque and economy for the most accomplished, most capable, luxury four wheel drive vehicle in the world.
The new 2010 Range Rover all-V8 engine line-up includes the popular TDV8 diesel engine and the new LR-V8 supercharged engines, increasing the capability and performance of the vehicle yet again.
The LR-V8 supercharged improved fuel consumption by 7.3% to 19 mpg on the combined cycle and reduces CO2 emissions by 7.4% to 348 g/km – despite substantial increases in power to 510 PS (plus 29%) and torque to 625 Nm (plus 12%) compared with its 4.2 supercharged predecessor.
Even the emissions produced in its assembly are meticulously offset via projects selected around the world with the help of leading offset provider ClimateCare.
Land Rover runs one of the largest voluntary offset schemes in the world having invested heavily in a programme to reduce CO2 emissions.
ClimateCare has provided high quality carbon offsets since the solution began. It helps people have an impact, lowering business emissions and individual carbon footprints through carefully sourced carbon reduction projects because ClimateCare wants to tackle carbon change now.
